3rd year at HOTC and we still find it a great place to stay. It has the only in town (Christiansted) beach, good snorkeling, 1 minute ferry ride to town. And this year our plane was late, and we were 1 day late, and they didn't charge us for that day. The rooms are not luxurious but, you don't go to the carribean to sit in your room. The rooms are clean and well equipped with coffee maker, 'fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Also, all rooms have nice views of either the ocean, the Christiansted harbor or town.
For the $$, it's still a great place to stay.
