Divi Carina Resort and Casino 05/08/02

My wife and I vacationed at Divi on 4/13-4/17/02. We found this resort to be just what we were looking for....peace and quiet on the beach. It's location on the east end of STX added to the atomosphere of a remote resort. The resort lived up to their website information and literature. Our Oceanfront room was 10' from the beach and 40' from the water. The room was large and clean with a fridge, microwave, etc. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The two restaurants on property were very good and priced appropriately. The Casino was a good diversion from our daily siteseeing and shopping. Overall I rate our Divi Carina experience excellent and would recommend this resort to all.
