We vacationed at the Carambola in February, 2001. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations are spacious - we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The food is excellent; you must go to their Pirate's Buffet on Friday nights. The resort is located at the end of a road, away from populated areas. The landscaping and the beach area is beautiful. After driving all over St. Croix, we decided we picked the best resort if you want quiet and seclusion.
